Discoveryto Delivery

Tre Zamora · Honolulu, Hawaiʻi

I think at a systems level and execute at a delivery level. With a background in UX, design, and applied AI, I own discovery, define the roadmap, and build toward it directly. I'm sharpest at the part most Product Managers avoid: scoping what doesn't get built, and explaining why.

Three problems.
Three different contexts.
One approach.

Discovery first. Scope defined. Decisions documented and defended. Three projects across product management, delivery, and applied AI, including AI-native products built from the ground up.

Makaliʻi Metrics

Soil Decision-Intelligence for Hawaiʻi's Regenerative Agriculture Community

The first decision wasn't what to build. It was what the platform would never do, and why that boundary was the product.

Product Management · UX Research · Roadmap · ʻĀina-first Design

Embedded Product Manager and UX hybrid on a soil analytics platform built in Hawaiʻi, for Hawaiʻi. Owned the product discovery phase, led user testing with real practitioners, built a severity-weighted backlog, and shaped an ʻāina-first product strategy that defines what the platform will and won't do.

Coral Collective AI

A Community-Powered Conservation Platform Built Around an AI Species ID Pipeline

Made the case that community engagement wasn't a nice-to-have layer. It was the product architecture. The science pipeline needed people to feed it.

Product Management · Applied AI · Mobile UX · Conservation Tech

Led product vision and execution on an AI-powered coral reef conservation platform. Defined the community engagement layer as a core architectural decision, not a feature addition. Placed first at Purple Maiʻa Foundation's Purple Prize 2024, a competitive 3-day hackathon.

Wauke Webapp

A Living Map of Wauke Cultivation Across Oʻahu

Most design tools ask what can be taken from a place. This one asks what can be grown back.

Product Design · UX · Ecological Data Visualization · Cultural Restoration

An interactive mapping dashboard tracing where wauke is currently cultivated across Oʻahu, visualizing ecological conditions and potential outputs of expanded propagation. Built as a proposition for cultural restoration, not just a data dashboard, but an argument for what could come back.

Let's build
something worth
pointing at.

I'm looking for a team that takes product seriously, where decisions get made for real reasons, scope has a spine, and the work ends up mattering to the people it was built for. If that sounds like your organization, I want to talk.

"The best product decisions aren't just about what to build. They're about what not to build, and why."

A principle that shows up in every engagement
